Overview

BillGadi is a SaaS-based digital service (software), not a physical product. Therefore, our refund and cancellation terms are based on subscription type, token usage, and service duration.


Free Trial

Users can take a Free Trial of BillGadi by paying a small token charge.
If the user is not satisfied during the trial period, the token charge will be refunded in accordance with the same payment mode and amount.

Once a paid subscription is activated after the trial, refunds are subject to the terms mentioned below.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental double charge

  • Technical issue from our side preventing access to the service

  • Failure to deliver the subscribed service within 7 days

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • If the user voluntarily discontinues the service

  • If the software is functioning properly as intended

  • If the subscription period has expired or was partially used

  • If the software was purchased during an offer or discount period

  • If the software was purchased using a refer code or promotional code

  • If the user has subscribed for 1 year and cancels the plan in between, the remaining unused months or days will not be refunded


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your BillGadi account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, but it will not trigger an automatic refund for the ongoing period.
